Inside of Dixie's Roasting Co. is our coffee shop. Along with our incredibly fresh organic, fair trade, rainforest alliance, bird friendly, high altitude, and shade grown coffee selections, our Dixie's products are all natural and have omitted ingredients that contain trans-fats and/or hydrogenated coconut oils. We used organic evaporated cane juice, cane sugar, fructose, or granulated sugar instead of the overly processed High Fructose Corn Syrup. (No HFCS!). Our standard offerings are.

Our Dixie Freeze and Dixie Cap frozen drinks are 100% natural and sweetened only with evaporated cane sugar and they also pack a powerful protein boost!

We advertise our products inside our store by educating our customers on 'why' our products are high quality. Why is one coffee better than another? Why are the Dixie signature drinks a better alternative to other drink products? An educated customer is our best customer!
We keep our products, just as we do our coffees, to the highest standards! We offer only what we like, and we know you will too! When given options, people always prefer the healthy and natural alternative!
Dixie's Roasting Co. is open Monday-Friday from 7am until 7pm. On Saturdays, we are open from 8am until Noon. Please stop by and give us a try!
Our building was built in 1905 by DeWitt Swaringen. It was replacing the original woodslat structure that was lost from fire, just years before. Much of the original building's character, is now, just as it was when it was built. We have the beautiful and ornate pressed tin ceilings, and wonderful glass tile floors that are so characteristic of drug stores from that period. The store front has the original marble accents, and many of the cabinets used in the drug store have some of the same marble fronts. The textured glass panels above the store front are also original, and cast the warmest glow inside our shop. We were very surprised, and also excited to be provided the opportunity of preserving this incredible building and it's history. We take as much pride in our products as we do our storefront location.
